Each month this year, I've set up a challenge (some more fun than others, admittedly) for my clients to participate in through my fitness app. Most of the time, I join in the fun as well and we've improved core strength, muscle endurance, and cardio.
For the month of May, we'll be participating in the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital push-up challenge. I have created a workout in the same general format of progression as previous challenges that clients are able to assign to themselves within my app.
