When there is an absence of planning, it's easy to let excuses creep in to move you off track or stop your progress all together. That's why I'm here.

Cool. That's an option for sure, but are you sure that is the best one for you? Do you know why those specific exercises are chosen? Would you be able to create a sustainable program for yourself based on what you're seeing? Having a professional in your corner who knows what it's like to be where you are, while also having a grasp on what it takes to progress towards achievable goals, is going to make a HUGE difference in your journey.
I'm already so busy. I don't even know where to start. I won't hit my goals anyway because I never do. What if I go to a gym and it's overwhelming and I look like a newb with no clue what I'm doing?
That's okay! I was there too, for a lot longer than I want to admit. I reached out to fitness professionals who could help me sort through the insane amount of information on the internet to find a program that was best for me. It. Was. Life-changing. So much so that I decided to become a certified personal trainer so I can help people figure out their own fitness.
Ok, maybe I'll get help after I get started on my own. I need to get in a little better shape before I can train with someone.
