I've been inspired by my most recently on-boarded client. She loves mac n cheese, and I love making comfort food that hits my macros. Enjoy!

Ingredients (Makes about 3 servings)

  • 2 oz dry Barilla Protein+ pasta

  • 6 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt

  • 10.5 oz (1 can) Swanson canned chicken

  • 3 Tbsp Braggs Nutritional yeast

  • Optional ingredients

    • Peas

    • Spinach or arugula

    • Broccoli

  • spices - salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to package, drain. If you're wanting to add in one of the optional greens, do so towards the end of the cooking time so they can boil for just long enough in the water with the pasta. Add yogurt and nutritional yeast, stir well. Add chicken and spices and stir again. I promise you won't even notice that there's no cheese in this.
